Technical issues with the submission portal

Dear authors, reviewers, and board members,

Eludamos has recently experienced a series of problems with our submission portal. Reviewers who did not receive invitations to review, authors who were unable to upload revisions, etc.

Technical staff at Septentrio now believe these mishaps might have been caused by new firewall settings they implemented after a recent hacker attack. To determine if this is true they need our help (see instructions below).

To investigate if this is caused by new firewall settings, we would like the affected users to perform in the submission portal the same or a similar actions they experienced errors with. Please provide the following information afterwards:

  • The IP address of the computer used
  • The exact date and time the activity was performed
  • Screenshots of any error messages received
  • A brief description of the action that was being performed 

Could you please help us collect and provide this information from you or other authors/reviewers that have encountered the problem? This will help us identify and resolve the issue and improve our services.
